Payments of $15,000 (for a 10x10 booth) are allowed by credit card. You may continue at this time to complete selection, create a profile, and pay by credit card. If you prefer paying by check, please follow the below instructions.
Payments above $15,000 are required by check. Please follow the process below.

Check payment instructions

All companies paying by check require a coupon code before the order is confirmed. To receive this code, please mail full check payment to the ACHL address below. To finalize your selection and purchase, this code is required in the on-line payment screen of the C3 website. The payment code will be e-mailed by Laurie Novoryta to the company contact.

Company Pavilion (Platinum Sponsorship) $150,000.00 8 This option is available to two companies and is available for set private booth space, company meetings/networking, and includes: wireless internet, daily coffee/tea/lunch for up to 10 people. Company can advise C3 on preferred room set/layout. Located amongst all meeting space. Additional F&B/upgrade options can be purchased directly with hotel. Two separate rooms available (Salon A or Salon B); each is 2000 sq ft with18-ft ceiling.

Additional copies of each door drop and bag insert will be placed on our Information Table near Registration.

The exhibitor’s fee includes complimentary registration for representatives from your company based on your booth selection. Additional badges are available at $400 each.
