$25,000.00 Sponsor-designed branding to wrap escalator encasement at meeting level. Design due May 31. Large Portion (2) – 36.25” Tall by 470” Wide Small Portion (1) – 36.25” Tall by 130” Wide Files need to be in high-res PDF or Adobe Illustrator. There should be no crop marks, and should be full to bleed and print ready.

Company Sponsorship of non-CME Exhibit Hall Presentation Session (Limited to 1 company/ per day and available June 27-29, 5:00 – 6:00 PM)
$50,000.00 C3 will create a presentation area in the exhibit hall with theater seating and highboys for a wine and snack reception (F&B provided by C3). Sponsoring company can create a 2-sided meter sign to be placed in the presentation area. Company to work with C3 on faculty and content assignments.

Faculty Dinner (Limited to 4 companies)
$25,000.00 All domestic and international faculty will receive an invitation to this special dinner at Waldorf Astoria. Each company can create a 2-sided meter sign to be placed in the venue. Conference signage for the dinner will also note company name and logo. Dinner notifications to faculty will indicate company sponsorship.

Faculty Lounge (Limited to 1 company)
$25,000.00 400 global faculty will receive notification of company sponsorship. Sponsoring company can create a 2-sided meter sign to be placed in the lounge. Faculty utilize this space throughout C3 for refreshments, slide preparation, and networking. Conference signage for the lounge will also note company name and logo.

$17,500.00 Attendees staying at Hilton and Waldorf will receive a room key with sponsor-branded design (color, one-sided)

Sitting Area (Limited to 1 company)
$15,000.00 This option allows for branding of sponsor-designed signage as a two-sided banner to be in the exhibit hall with a sitting area.

Wireless Internet (Limited to 2 companies)
$25,000.00 Your corporate name and logo will be included on C3 signage and syllabus as the sponsor. This option also allows for branding of company choice signage at the exhibit hall internet kiosk and sitting area conference signage in the general meeting space, as well as with the internet kiosk in the exhibit hall.
 

Sponsors agree to the following terms:

1. Any designs requires approval of C3 prior to finalizing for print or digital purposes.

2. C3 shall have complete independence in use of the contributed funds.

3. Sponsorship of the item noted shall have no impact on educational component of C3.

4. All commercial sponsorship associated with this agreement will be given with the full knowledge and approval of C3.

5. Any tracking and reporting for CMS Open Payments/Sunshine Act related to sponsorship is the responsibility of sponsor.

6. C3 is an education-based, scientific program. The sponsor agrees to maintain the professional atmosphere of the program and reflect the objectives of the program to the best of their ability.
